Mrs.Jeniece took into account all of my food allergies and was mindful of the medications I am currently on when making my wellness plan. She shared supplements that are important to my diet and exceeded my expectations for a meal plan. There were many options that have allowed me to slowly transition my diet with my future goals in mind. She took into account my NEED for snacks, but made them guilt free. STORY
Dr. Jeniece Paige personal story:
I remember waking up already tired. My knees ached, my clothes were tight, and I avoided mirrors. I was constantly reaching for sugar and caffeine to make it through meetings, just the day. I didn’t feel like myself anymore—I felt trapped in a body that didn’t reflect who I was inside.
The Emotional Weight I felt ashamed, isolated, and defeated. I was smiling outside but silently battling anxiety, brain fog, and emotional eating. I felt like I was losing my confidence and my calling. I knew something had to change—but I didn’t know where to start.
The Warning Signs: My grandmother was having heart attacks because she had high blood pressure and my mother’s blood pressure was climbing, and her blood sugar levels were borderline diabetic, and her hormones were completely out of balance. And I was on the fast track to following my grandmother and mother lifestyle of medications, and it scared me. I knew I had to make a choice: continue down that path I would be next.
The Turning Point: A Decision that Changed my life, I cried out to God for help. I
realized my health wasn’t just about weight, it was about my purpose. I had a
responsibility to show up in this world fully—mind, body, and spirit. That’s when I decided to stop dieting and start healing from the inside out.
So, The Journey Begins I started nourishing my body with plant-based foods, hydrating properly, and focusing on healing my guts. I started to read nutrition books, learned how to prep meals that worked for my schedule, and incorporated prayer and movement into my routine.
I wasn’t just losing weight; I was transforming my mind, body spirit. Today, I’m over 50+ pounds lighter, full of energy, focused, and no longer chasing quick fixes.
My labs are normal, I feel vibrant, and I’m living on purpose. Most importantly, I help other professional women like you do the same—naturally and sustainably.
